Nearly all of our modern first editions are brand new, signed copies.  Most have been opened only once for signing.  We especially like to offer new authors.  Some of these first novels may appreciate in value over time, as the best book investment is is a first edition of a new author who goes on to have a full and well-regarded writing career.  And remember, dust jackets are 75% of the value of a collectible modern first, so all of our dust jackets are impeccable!
